Located in the heart of the Aurora Arts District, just four miles down Colfax from our original Congress Park location. Nestled in between our brewhouse and expansive barrel collection, this cozy taproom offers an up-close-and-personal Cerebral experience Friday through Sunday.

This taproom features a draft list of both year-round and limited release beers, plus merchandise and to-go beer to take home with you. If you are feeling hungry, visit one of our great neighbors like Bánh & Butter Bakery Cafe and Mango House International Food Court. Food trucks will occasionally be available, follow us @cerebralbrewing for updates.

Please note that this capacity is limited at this pop-up style taproom, and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Public Transit Directions: We are located right off of RTD Line 15L. Disembark at Colfax & Dayton and walk East one block to Florence Street.

Parking information: Street parking is available on Florence Street on either side of Colfax, and there are free public parking lots immediately behind our building and The People’s Building across the street.

Cerebral Brewing
With each new blend of Mysterious Forces, we seek to create something unexpected. This third iteration is a blend of Single- and Double-Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts aged in George T. Stagg bourbon, 10-year rhum agricole, and ex-bourbon vanilla extract barrels. After a total of 30 months, we blended the barrels and conditioned them on coconut and macadamia nuts.

At 27 months, this is one of the longest-aged batches we’ve ever released. Expect notes of Campfire Marshmallow, Cherry Cordial, and Vanilla Caviar.
