Job Overview:
Cerebral Brewing is looking to add a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to our team to further the growth of our nationally recognized and award-winning brand. The Marketing Manager will craft, manage and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with internal (taprooms, sales, operations, etc.) and external (graphic design) departments to connect us with our target audience and achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy that leverages market insights and best practices to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Optimize the marketing strategy by analyzing trends, consumer behaviors, performance and ROI.
- Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, etc.) and oversee content strategy and creation across channels, including the website, email newsletters, sell sheets, and social media.
- Maintain and optimize the digital presence across owned domains and third-party platforms (Yelp, Google, Untappd, etc.), including email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Community & Events Manager, Sales and General Manager to promote both in-taproom and in-market events, ensuring brand consistency.
- Build brand partnerships and manage relationships with industry contacts, agencies, and vendors. Oversee content creation for third-party publications (digital and print) aligned with marketing goals.
- Curate and manage the merchandise portfolio in collaboration with the Graphic Design team, General Manager, and Finance, ensuring effective product display, pricing, and promotion both in our taprooms and online.
- Spearhead new brand development with Production and Graphic Design, from brand naming to label creation, production and delivery.
- Manage donation requests and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience as a Marketing or Associate Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or relevant experience)
- Organized, self-starter with the proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
- We are a small team of dedicated beer professionals – a positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Proficient with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and project management tools and methodologies
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members throughout the brewery
- Flexibility and availability to work occasional nights, weekends, and events as required
- Experience with video editing and/or graphic design not required, but is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- $70,000-75,000 – adjusted based on experience and performance
- Up to 4% match for 401k contributions
