Before building the recipe for this coffee porter, our friends at Queen City Collective Coffee hosted us for a cupping where we sampled a wide selection of beans to create our very own blend to use in the beer. We landed on a combination of light roast West Arsi Ethiopian + Queen City’s Bottle Rocket dark roast. The beans come together beautifully with the porter to form the perfect easy-drinking beer for the winter.
