Marrying stout with barleywine is a new approach for us, but after an initial test blend we quickly realized this concept had legs. The sweet dark fruit and brown sugar from Celestial Origin complements the dark chocolate and espresso notes from Here Be Monsters to produce something so enjoyable, we wanted to create an entirely new brand in our barrel aged lineup to celebrate this style.
