Barrel Aged Barleywine
Barleywine’s journey through the vastness is storied and its legacy is legendary. We believe it deserves its place in the galactic order. Floor-malted Maris Otter and a touch of Colorado Wheat are double mashed for focused flavor and only East Kent Golding, that most English of hops, are used. Then a long hibernation in oak barrels and the cosmic reverence is complete.

Experimental (10/2023)
This iteration of Celestial Origin showcases a truly one-of-a-kind cask - Buffalo Trace Experimental bourbon barrels. These vessels hold various experiments from Buffalo Trace - different combinations of grain, levels of barrel toasting, and more. After receiving a handful of them a few years ago, without any indication what they had previously held, we knew we wanted to save some for aging our barleywine in. The end result is rich with notes of Sticky Toffee Pudding, Gingerbread Cookie, and Pomegranate Molasses.

Aged 16 months in 8-10 year California Grape Brandy and 8 year Willett Rye Whiskey barrels. Notes of Fruit Leather, Crystalized Ginger, Fig Spread.

Aged 15 months in 16 Year George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey barrels.
