Located in the heart of the Bluebird District in Denver, CO. The taproom features a variety of indoor seating along with a small patio that has been supplemented by our parking lot patio that hosts tents during the winter.

If you are feeling hungry, we are located in the same building as two great local restaurants, Fox Run and Machete Tequila & Tacos, along with rotating food trucks posting up outside from Wednesday through Sunday!

Public Transit Directions: We are located right off of RTD Line 15L. Disembark at Colfax & Garfield and walk West one block to Monroe street.

Japanese Witbier
Inspired by the botanicals in Roku Gin - we decided to recreate this recipe with the intention of mimicking the spirit. This go around, we added Sencha Green Tea, Coriander, Yuzu Juice, Yuzu Zest, Orange Zest, Green Perppercorns. The result is bright and tart, bready, spicy, and silky-smooth. Expect contrasting notes of nutmeg, chamomile, mandarin orange and peppercorn. We like to think this beer is liquid Aizuchi - a nonverbal nod to a spirit that spoke to us.
