Aged 39 months in a single 15 Year Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrel.
In the fall of 2019 we set out to push the boundaries of our Here Be Monsters recipe y adding an additional mash and raising our total boil time from 8 to 28 hours. This helped us achieve an even greater depth of flavor along with an extra silky mouthfeel. We’ve use this base as a blending tool int he past, but this barrel separated itself from the others and we couldn’t resist showcasing it on its own.
