We’ve always enjoyed the opportunity to create new beers with our friends at Bottle Logic, but this time we wanted to try something new. During GABF week we had Lindsay, Bottle Logic’s Creative Director, come out and do a live blending session with us. We selected the barrels for this blend from our existing stock, seeking to create something that would shine on its own without adjuncts. This blend contains three distinct Imperial Stout bases aged 27-33 months in a blend of 13 Year Old Forester Bourbon and 10 Year Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels.

The finished product has rich notes of Panna Cotta, Maple Crunch and 70% Dark Chocolate Truffle.
