With our staff’s medical and science background, the idea of naming a beer after the Gamma Knife was just too appealing. Think of all the comparisons to be made. Innovation, precision, technology, hell, lasers…seemed really on-brand. Turns out it’s also a King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard song, which is probably a more popular reference than life-saving technology, so yeah uh, why not. Rock on and whatnot.
