It is a privilege as a brewery our size to have the ability to select through different lots of some of our favorite hop varietals. Because we greatly value our relationships with smaller independent hop brokers, it is an honor to work with brokers like Indie Hops who allow us to have a say in the end product that we receive.

These lots can be incredibly diverse, often making it difficult to decide what direction is best. Strata is a relatively new hop for us, but one that’s quickly becoming one of our favorites. We ultimately selected for a lot that balances new and old-school with notes of Pineapple Lifesavers, Tangerine Cream and that stereotypical “dank” vibe. We hope that you’ll appreciate the lot we chose as much as we do.
