Join us for Kölsch Service at our West Highland taproom all day long from September 18 – October 3.
“Cerebral, what is that and how does it work?”
Kölsch Service is a traditional German beer service where servers continuously replace small, empty glasses of Kölsch beer with fresh ones until the drinker indicates they are finished by placing their coaster on top of their glass.
- Step 1: Order Kölsch Service from the bar.
- Step 2: Enjoy fresh, cold refills of Rain Shadow, our in-house Kölsch, brought directly to you.
- Step 3: Throughout your service, our bartenders will keep track of your refills using tallies on your coaster. Once you’re done drinking, bring your coaster to the bar to pay your tab.
