“What’s the difference? What makes fresh hop beers so special?”
Fresh hop beers are brewed using undried, whole hop cones picked and used within a few hours of harvest, instead of the traditional dried, pelletized hops. These beers are prized for their unique, vibrant, and delicate flavor profiles, which showcase the fresh, grassy, herbal, and floral aromas of the undried hops, creating a limited-time seasonal beer experience from August through early October.
