In celebration of lager month, we’ve invited some of our favorite lager breweries from around the country to take part in a little experiment. On the roster, you’ll see breweries who excel at crafting lagers using traditional techniques, paired against breweries pushing the style forward with more modern expressions. It’s a timeless battle: then vs. now, classic vs. modern, old-school vs. new-school. Only you can decide which philosophy reigns supreme. Join us for Noble vs. Novel – back-to-back Saturdays at Congress Park and West Highland – to determine which school of lager does it best. Our hypothesis: it might be both.
