Brewer’s Notes: What started as a Double Barrel Here Be Monsters has progressed into something much more. This is both the highest ABV beer we’ve ever released and the first time we’ve added adjuncts to the Double Barrel format. Thirty-five months in Leopold Bros Bourbon built a refined foundation of oak complexity and baking spice, while 24 months in BLiS Maple Syrup Bourbon barrels wove in a quiet sweetness that gave us a clear direction for the adjunct additions.
