Triple the hops, triple the Rare.

In honor of our recent Rare Trait celebrations, we've taken our beloved core IPA and cranked it up to the max. We scaled up the grain to achieve a 9.5% ABV, and boosted the hops to balance out the sweetness of the robust grain bill.

Triple Rare also gets an extra dry hop with Mosaic Lupomax and Citra Cryo - enhancing biotransformation - the interaction between yeast and hops which contribute to haziness and flavor.

Defrost your weekend with a Mangonada Brain Freeze 🥭 🌶️

🥭 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗔 IS BACK 🌶️

Introducing the long-awaited return of Mangonada Fruited Blonde Ale - just in time for sunshine season!

After brewing, this fan favorite recipe gets a heavy dose of mango to create a tropical and sweet base - which is then set aflame with four types of chili peppers: chile de árbol, ancho, guajillo peppers and a habanero tincture for a fiery kick. Lastly, Mangonada is conditioned on lime zest to add a refreshing twist and balance out our sweet and spicy notes.

Mangonada is on draft, in 4-packs and available in a chamoy slushy now while they last!

We’ve been into saison since the beginning - and we’re incredibly excited to be ramping up our wild program this year. Our most recent wild release, Invisible Hand, is a Brett Saison which underwent primary fermentation with a Belgian saison yeast strain, followed by a secondary Brett fermentation. This particular batch has been patiently aging in oak foeders for a full year, and it’s finally ready to pour.

This saison is named after ‘the invisible hand’, a term rooted in the early days of brewing when the process of fermentation was not fully understood. At that time, brewers believed it to be a divine act, as they didn't comprehend how yeast prompted fermentation.

Invisible Hand is available on draft only at our taproom - come try it while it lasts! 🤝
