Going through our barrel cellar feels like that scene at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark. The infamous box is wheeled into a vast warehouse, a canyon of crates hinting at unknown wonders waiting to be discovered. And each time we pull a single barrel to serve in the taproom, it feels equally magical. Each expression is a culmination of what that barrel has to offer. Time, wood, fermentation…the alchemy of barrel aging.

Laid to rest in a single oak barrel for 30 months on a blend of yeast and bacteria. Conditioned on Palisade peaches and raspberries. Collaboration with Dio Mio Pasta.
Single Barel 27
Laid to rest in a single oak barrel for 20 months on a blend of yeast and bacteria. Conditioned on four different varietals of pluots.
Single Barrel 44
Laid to rest in a single Chardonnay barrel for 7 months on a blend of yeast and bacteria. Conditioned on second use vanilla and dry hopped with Sabro.
Single Barrel 45
Laid to rest in a single oak barrel for 9 months on a blend of yeast and bacteria. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.
Single Barrel 108
Aged 24 months in a single oak barrel on a blend of yeast and bacteria. Conditioned on foraged juniper and lavendar.
