This year, Barrel Aged Work From Home makes its return with a custom coffee blend from @queencitycoffee, Corporate Retreat gets a revamp in a new barrel variant and Staycation joins our lineup with a nostalgic infusion of Cocoa Puffs. All three Work From Home releases were aged 12-34 months in a blend of 8-10 Year Grape Brandy Barrels, 12 year Elijah Craig Bourbon, Wild Turkey Bourbon and Mythology 10 Year Rye barrels.

Did you miss out on snagging a spot at our mozzarella making class with @trufflecheeseshop? You’re in luck! After the February class sold out so quickly, we added a second class to the calendar for Monday, March 4! 🧀

In the class, you’ll discover the art of crafting mozzarella cheese. For $45, you'll receive an introduction to cheesemaking, a hands-on lesson from an expert cheesemonger and your own mozzarella to take home. Plus, each attendee will receive two complimentary beers to sip while learning and take-home instructions on how to keep making cheese on your own.

Our newest release, Orbital Sunrise, has quite the story behind it… we have a special tradition at Cerebral of releasing a special beer if one of our teammates has a baby, but this one is just a little delayed and instead celebrates the first birthday of our Sales Rep Craig’s son, Arlo Pine!

This West Coast IPA is bright and balanced between citrus and (appropriately) pine notes. Craig and his wife Mel landed on the name Orbital Sunrise after hearing the term on a podcast describing astronauts seeing the sun rise over the earth from space. The awe-inspiring new perspective resonated deeply after witnessing Arlo’s first trip around the sun.

Today also just so happens to be Craig’s SEVEN year anniversary as a Cerebral employee. As we’re coming up on our 9th anniversary at the end of this year, Craig is the longest tenured employee (other than owners). We’re so thankful for all that Craig does for the brewery across the various roles he’s held over the past 7 years.

If you’re wondering why a Lukr tap is so special, we’re here to fill you in…

This tap is a traditional method of pouring Czech Lager that not only creates a beautiful pour, but also enhances the aromas and overall drinking experience. The side-pull, long-spout tap allows careful control of how much foam is laying atop the pint. The Lukr is also equipped with a microscreen inside to allow micro-aeration of the foam, which provides a rich, milky layer of foam adding a burst of aromatics to every sip. Come join us for a proper pint to kick off your weekend!
