If we could write a love letter to Colorado via a beer, this would be it. We started out with malt from two of the countries finest maltsters, Leopold Bros Floor Maltings & Troubadour Maltings, that both call Colorado home. We then used a blend of Cascade, Chinook, Comet and Columbus hops from the Montrose, CO based crew at Billy Goat Farms to give this beer the full Colorado treatment. If this beer isn’t in your cooler on your next venture west into the Rockies well, you’re simply doing it wrong.
