While some projects showcase the singular, this endeavor exhibits the glory found in fusion. Diverse base beers, distinct barrels…a sum that sings of its parts.


Blend 01 (12/2020)
A blend of 5 year Laws San Luis Valley Rye Whiskey barrel aged Oatmeal Stout and 7 year Willett Family Reserve Rye Whiskey barrel aged Here Be Monsters. Conditioned on toasted coconut, hazelnut, Madagascar Planifolia vanilla and lactose.

Blend 02 (10/2021)
A blend of stout bases in 2 Rye Whiskey finished XO Cognac barrels, an Eagle Rare Bourbon barrel and a 15 year Pappy Van Winkle barrel for 23-24 months. Conditioned on almonds, coconut, and Vanuatu vanilla beans.
Blend 03 (12/2022)
A blend of Single- and Double-Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts aged in George T. Stagg bourbon, 10 year rhum agricole and ex-bourbon vanilla extract barrels. After a total of 30 months, we blended the barrels and conditioned them on coconut and macadamia nuts.
