Brewer’s Notes: For this release, Here Be Monsters spent 14 months in 10 Year Templeton Rye before a long 33 month rest in Apple Brandy barrels. We selected these barrels from Laird’s, America’s oldest distillery, because we’ve often sipped on (and enjoyed) the baked apple and spiced wood notes of the bottled-in-bond spirit.. This marks our first time finishing the series in fruited brandy casks, and the result is a slow-built integration of spice, oak and fruit.
