We’ve brewed a Mai Tai-inspired IPA for the last several years, but wanted to mix it up this year. Formerly our Forbidden Idol Sour IPA series, Colfax Cove Mai Tai skips the lactose and makes up for it with the smooth combination of tangerine, lime, almond and a hint of vanilla.
