Brewer’s Notes: Celestial Origin has always been our guiding star for barrel-aged barleywine, and this expression takes the journey even further. Resting 22 months in 4 Year Willett Rye whiskey barrels, the base beer’s dense layers of dark fruit, toffee, and caramelized sugar were given new dimension. The rye barrels contribute a lively spice and peppery lift, which cuts through the richness and complements the barleywine’s natural depth. The result is a striking balance of warmth, oak, and spirit—an enduring artifact from the outer edges of our barrel library.
