For this winter punch expression of Birds of Paradise, we layered cherry, cranberry, tangerine, and pomegranate with warming notes of cinnamon, ginger, and star anise. The result is a beautifully balanced sour that drinks like a holiday punch and feels like a spiced cobbler in a glass.
