Before building the recipe for this coffee porter, our friends at Queen City Collective Coffee hosted us for a cupping where we sampled a wide selection of beans to create our very own blend to use in the beer. This year we decided to balance a chocolate forward roast from Guatemala with some fun fruitier fermentation forward coffees from Honduras and Ethiopia.
