Gasoline Rainbows
West Coast IPA
We’ve hit the end of our experimentation with Gasoline Rainbows – a series conceived to give us a space to play with West Coast IPAs. After years of tinkering with the recipe, we’ve finally got it in the perfect place.
Crafted with a blend of pilsner malt, wheat, a delicate touch of CaraHell, and a dash of dextrose, this brew strikes the perfect balance between dryness and drinkability while still providing a solid backbone for the hops to shine. We’ve layered in our favorite hops from New Zealand and the U.S., using a mix of T90 pellets and flowable hop products to saturate the beer in rich oils, delivering a vibrant bouquet of tropical passionfruit with a hint of dank New Zealand character. Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe are in perfect harmony – giving us notes of Pineapple Gummies, Candied Lemon and Dank Passionfruit.
