It’s no secret that we’re a group of lager nerds here at Cerebral. As much as we enjoy the tropical flavors of a hazy IPA or a complex blend of barrel aged stout, sometimes there’s nothing we want to drink more than a crisp, refreshing lager. This style also happens to be the greatest test of our brewing skills, making the resulting product all that much more enjoyable. 

We thought it only fitting to have an annual celebration of our love for lagers, and thus 𝗙𝗢𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧 was created. We’ll feature a variety of foeder-fermented lagers spanning many styles (as well as our favorite stainless) including a Festbier brewed for the occasion! We’re kicking off the festivities with a guided lager tasting at our Aurora Arts location on Friday, September 1 before the main showcase at our Congress Park taproom starts at 11am on Saturday, September 2.
