From hailstorms in June to record-setting heatwaves in July, is anyone else wanting to escape to a tranquil oasis like we are? Well, we have the perfect solution for you… Colfax Cove is taking over BOTH of our taprooms with a celebration of all the things we love most about the beach – but mostly the tropical cocktails.

What could be better than the liquid escapism of a Mai Tai, refreshing Batida, or juicy Lapu Lapu? Well for us, it’s translating said beverages into beer form and throwing a party around it.

The celebration is getting started on Friday, August 4th at our Aurora Arts location. Nestled among barrels, our cozy pop-up taproom turns into a tropical getaway for the debut of several exciting new beers.

Saturday, August 5th the party heads over to our original Congress Park taproom for a full-blown beach bash including frozen boozy slushies, inflatable pools and coconut cups (ocean breeze not included).

As we get closer to the event weekend, we’ll share more info on the enticing beers that await your enjoyment. They are sure to be the epitome of oasis and we hope to transport you with every sip.
