Just in time for the holidays, we're excited to unveil the newest addition to our Trade Winds sour series today!

Trade Winds is our playground for exploring more off-beat flavor combinations, and this latest edition featuring Cranberry & Spice is no exception. This sour strikes a perfect balance - offering both sessionability and subtle tartness, while delivering a burst of festive flavor.

To celebrate Santa coming to the taproom this weekend, we’re releasing some very special draft-only beers to get in the holiday spirit! 🧑‍🎄

To create an even cozier rendition of Corduroy Complex, our newest Brown Ale, we loaded a keg with Chai and spices, creating a delightful and flavorful infusion.

- 𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗫𝗜𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗘 -

For a festive twist, we added 40 candy canes and a touch of vanilla to Dark Galaxie, our classic Oatmeal Stout, for a tasty holiday treat.

Searching for the perfect winter lager? Look no further than our two Cryptic Message variants…

Cryptic Message is a staff favorite that seamlessly combines complex flavors with a remarkable crispness. Unravel the mystery behind this Black Lager - a grain bill rich in roasted malt with cozy notes of Baking Chocolate, French Roast Coffee and Sarsaparilla.

Alongside the original is a new iteration of Cryptic Message aged in Peach Brandy Barrels. After aging for 10 months, the barrel imparts a slight oakiness and warmth and the finished product evokes notes of Gummy Peach Rings, Gingerbread Spice and Baking Chocolate.

At long last, our smoked Helles, 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 has returned 🔥

This unique lager was developed by our Cellar Lead, Codee, who transformed a traditional helles recipe with the addition of Troubadour Pevec Malt smoked in Maplewood. The smoky grain bill, along with mild Hallertau Hersbrucker hops, created a challenge in balancing smokiness, bitterness and sweetness while maintaining maximum drinkability. He adapted the recipe from last year to make an even lighter, lower ABV, easy drinker that’s super crispy and snappy - just like the weather these days.

Get ready to cozy up with 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗫, the first Brown Ale we’ve brewed in over 6 years. 🤯

We called on our brewer, Lily, to write this recipe to add a lighter, lower ABV dark beer to our portfolio. At 4.6% with rich flavors, a dark body, and easy drinkability, she nailed it with Corduroy Complex.

To design this beer, Lily drew on inspiration from one of her personal favorite recipe creations - a Chai Latte Brown Ale. To achieve a full body without adding lactose, she relied on a heavy dose of oats. Along with the rest of the grain bill, this Brown Ale features notes of dark dried stone fruit and toast, all while maintaining a lovely crispness.
